When it comes to requesting quotes for your wedding stationery, especially for bespoke services like mine, it’s important to be mindful that prices vary for everyone because the quote is generated specifically for you!

I appreciate that weddings are an expensive affair, and I do my absolute best to keep my prices as low as possible. If you’re on a tight budget it pays off to mention this in your initial consultancy with me, because there are lots of ways we can keep the price down.

There are always cheaper options!

My best advice would be to collect inspiration first! Find images of what you like, keep swatches of materials and have an idea of your preferred colours. Use Instagram and Pinterest to collate your ideas. Once you’re ready to chat about your ideas, feel free to send images of any inspiration you have!

The more detail and resources you can provide me with, the better!

So, when it comes to actually asking for a quote, jot down some of the specifics for your stationer to get a good idea of your needs. Think about if you have considered:

  • How many of each product will you need? *When factoring in quantities, don’t forget that you won’t need one per guest – it’s usually one per couple or family!*

  • Is there a certain size or fold you would like?

  • Do you want any extra inserts for the finer details? Think RSVPs, gift wishes, menus etc.

  • Did you want a special finish, like metallic foil or white ink printing? Please mention this, as it is more expensive than regular print and will need to be factored into your quote!

The list goes on, but the more detail you can give your designer the better. We want nothing more than to create the perfect suite for you.

I hope this has been helpful for any engaged couples out there looking for stationery!
